Here are three techniques on how to make 1k, 10k and 50k+. I'm not using them now but it worked for me a few times.

1. How to make $1000 in a week.

  • Go to Flippa and find the most popular categories of websites sold for the past years/months. Read their blog from the very beginning to understand the basics of buying and selling websites.
  • Create a list of 20+ websites you are interested in and start making low balls offer (at least 50% less than current market price). Most of the time you will be rejected, but hopefully, you will buy your gem.
  • After you got that website do nothing with it.
  • Now you need to create a sexy title and description on Flippa. Invest your time and creativity in your lot. Write all advantages, niche perspectives, potential ways of income and expenses optimization. Try to make AT LEAST 2000 words description. Make your potential buyer want to buy your website. You will be surprised that most of the lots on Flippa have a very poor description. This is your advantage.
  • Resell your website with 100%+ markup.


2. How to make $10,000 in three months.

  • Do the same step as above, BUT you need to make technical optimization.
  • Reach 100 out of 100 Google page speed
  • Hire Seo specialist to help you with optimization.
  • Write 30+ Seo optimized articles to attract more traffic
  • Start survey on SurveyMonkey and ask users what would the change in your website, what do they lack, what is not important, etc. Implement their most common advice.
  • Resell your website with 500%+ markup.


3. How to make $50,000 in a year.

  • Do the same steps as described above BUT constantly every day improve your website. Use new marketing channels except for SEO. This could be YouTube, Instagram, Podcast, Paid search, etc. Focus on traffic and user satisfaction.
  • Good website + persistence + investment in optimization can create a decent online business within one year.
