Yes, there is a way.
I'm also a student at UT Arlington Studying computer science which takes a lot of dedication, time and efforts to ace in exams, and studying did not stop me from making money online.
There are tons of ways to make money online. However, since you and I are still students, time is a scares resource for us. We need more time to study, do assignments, research and prepare for presentations, etc.
We need a business model which will only demand less of our time. Most people make money through, freelance, blogging, Affiliate marketing, e-commerce (drop-shipping) or survey. However, we don't have time to answer customers calls or dealing with suppliers at this moment.
I found out a business model we can do as students online called CPA(Cost per action). These model of business plays you a commission simply by referring someone to fill up a FORM - their name and email address and voila $$$ come straight into your pocket.
I wanted to make $600/mo online as a student and I was fortunate enough to have found this model which spared me time.

How I made $600/mo online as a student and still maintaining my GPA of 3.5 outta 4. I know it should be 4 but I’m getting there.
The CPA program paid me $5 per lead on average. Some countries pay $0, $2, $4 to $15, so I decided to make it $5 average.
Therefore $5 in commission per lead or action.

  • 120 signups per month = $600
  • 30 signups/week
  • 5 signups/day

Now that my goals are set up I would need signups or people to fill my FORM.

Where to get 5 signups/day without paying for traffic?
I use 3 platforms that I already have on my figure tips. Facebook groups, WhatsApp, and Quora

  • I've joined 10 Facebook groups relevant to my topic and I'll post to 5 groups per week and my target is 1 signup. I just write simple words like “Anyone interested in making $600 per month online working less than 30min a day? Inbox me. “
  • WhatsApp has introduced a new way to attract traffic, “status”. I just post a picture showing some of my previous commission and write on my status “ Let's make money online”. My target is 1 signup.
  • Quora questions and answers. This is where my most signups come from thus far. Simply by answering questions like this, I receive signups and my target is 3 on this platform. The quota has highly targeted traffic through Q & A. I mean if you've read this answer to this point you are most likely interested in making money online right? Lol.
